AROO will be sponsoring the 22nd annual AROO Monte Shelton Northwest Classic Rally. The
principal sponsor of the rally is the Monte Shelton Motor Company and it is
a benefit for the March of Dimes. This rally draws entrants from throughout
the region. In addition to Alfa Romeo, other marques typically included are
Bentley, AC, Bugatti, Mercedes, Healey, Jaguar, Lancia, Aston Martin, Porsche
and others. We run a traditional Time-Speed-Distance rally over two days with
fine cars, great roads, glorious vistas, grand resorts and generous people having
fun, enjoying their cars and helping a worthy cause. One entrant who has rallied
a wide range of cars in the USA, Africa, Europe and Australia told us that the
Northwest Classic is the rally he enjoys the most. It is the benchmark he uses
to judge all other rallies.
